| Club Rental |
| The upstairs (the Hall) and the downstairs (the Basement) are available for rent at the Livingston County Wildlife and Conservation Club by members and non-members. |
General Club Rules
(applicable to all rentals)
- All reservations must be made with the Club Manager by calling 810-231-1811.
- Club must be rented through a member or the Club Manager.
- All decorating must be done during regular Club hours unless other arrangements have been with the Club Manager.
- The reserving club member is responsible for any damages or items taken from the premises.
- Any outstanding bills may affect said member’s membership for the next year.
- A deposit is required to hold any date for the upstairs (hall). Cancellation within ten (10) days of the event results
in a forfeit of the deposit.
- All fees must be paid in full two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event.
- There is a six (6) hour time limit on any Club reservation beginning at the time the first guests are served. Unless
other arrangements have been made, there are no exceptions to this rule.
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed outside the building under any circumstances.
- "Last Call" is given 30 minutes prior to the six (6) hour time limit - premises must be vacated by 2:00am.

| Need to have your event catered? From weddings to meetings, the LCWCC Catering Committee is available to assist with your catering needs. No outside catering allowed. |
